摘    要:目的:激发学生学习外科手术学的兴趣,提高学生观察、分析和解决问题的能力,探索外科手术学的教学方法。方法:根据典型病例,通过查阅资料,写出手术计划并实施。结果:全部手术均按计划完成,问卷调查结果显示,绝大多数学生认可教学方法和效果,基本技能考核,实验班优于对照班。结论:在外科手术学教学过程中,实施设计性实验是可行的,能提高教学效果,因此,在五年制临床医疗专业外科手术学的教学过程开设设计性实验是必要的。

Abstract:Objective:To inspire students'interests in surgery,to enhance students observing,analyzing and problem-solving abilities and to explore methods of surgical teaching.Methods:According to typical cases,students referred to correlative information,wrote operations planning and implemented it.Results:All operations were completed according to their plans,the result of the survey shows that the overwhelming majority of the students approved of the teaching method and obtained good results,and in basic skills assessment the exam classes are superior to the control classes.Conclusion:In the process of surgery teaching,the implementation of designing experiment is feasible and can improve teaching effect.So it is necessary to set up designing experiment in surgery teaching of clinical medical specialty five-year program.
