摘    要:为深入认识煤样的快速热解行为,捕捉气体释放特性,在873~1 273 K条件下基于管式反应器对3种不同煤阶的典型煤样开展热解实验研究,借助红外气体分析系统记录在线气体组成。研究结果表明,热解温度的升高,对煤中含氢/含氧官能团的分解有促进作用,当温度自873 K上升至1 273 K时,H2和CO的释放量均增加了4~5倍;在实验范围的高温下,煤阶对热解反应有效气体产物组成的影响较小,在1 273 K时,H2的释放量几乎与煤种无关。

Abstract:Pyrolysis of three typical coal samples was studied in a tubular furnace reactor under the temperature of 873-1 273 K in order to understand the fast pyrolysis behavior of coal samples and to capture the characteristics of gas release.Infrared gas analysis system was used to record the gas component during the process.The results show that higher temperature promotes the decomposition of hydrogen/oxygen containing functional groups in coal.The release amount of H2 and CO increased by 4-5 times when the temperature increased from 873 K to 1 273 K.Coal rank has little influence on effective component of gas product at the experimental temperature range.At the temperature of 1 273 K,the release amount of H2 was almost independent on coal rank.
