新本科医学教育标准下临床实习教学的改革与实践

医学生的临床实习是医学高等教育的重要教学环节。根据教育部、卫生部新近下发的本科医学教育标准，医学院针对实习教学中存在的实际问题，比如医学生缺乏职业规划意识、工作中擅离职守、缺乏锻炼机会、心理问题等，积极开展对临床实习教学模式及管理工作的改革，加强学生入科前思想教育及技能培训，优化实习轮转安排，改革实习考核模式。从目前经验和师生反馈来看，效果较好。

Reform of clinical internship training according to the new Chinese standards in undergraduate medical education

Clinical internships play an important role in higher medical education.
