高职学生心理健康与人格特征的调查研究

目的了解高职学生心理健康与人格特征的状况及其关系。方法采用大五人格问卷和中国大学生心理健康量表对湖南4所高职院校的679名高职学生进行调查。结果①高职学生中症状明显的人不多,亚健康状态的较多。②高职学生的人格特征存在性别差异,不同年级、不同学科的高职学生之间人格特征方面差异不显著。③高职学生心理健康与多个人格特征相关显著。结论高职学生的人格是影响其心理健康的主要因素。

The study on relationship of menta health and personality traits of higher vocational college students

Objective To investigate the relationship of mental health and the personality traits of higher vocational college students. Methods Using CCSMHS and NEO-FFI, 679 higher vocational College Students from 4 HuMan Vocational College were investigated. Results （1）A few people of higher vocational college students had obvious psychological symptoms, and more people were in a state of sub-health.（2）The personality trait of female higher vocational college students is different from that of the male significantly. There is no significant difference between different grades and different disciplines. （3）There was a significant relation between the mental health of higher vocational college students and a number of personality traits. Conclusion The personality traits are the main factors influeneing mental health of higher vocational college students.
