反激式开关电源的变压器电磁兼容性设计

摘    要:对于带变压器拓扑结构的开关电源来说,变压器的电磁兼容性(EMC)设计对整个开关电源的EMC水平影响较大。本文以一款反激式开关电源为例,阐述了其传导共模干扰的产生、传播机理。根据噪声活跃节点平衡的思想,提出了一种新的变压器EMC设计方法。通过实验验证,与传统的设计方法相比,该方法对传导电磁干扰(EMI)的抑制能力更强,且能降低变压器的制作成本和工艺复杂程度。本方法同样适用于其他形式的带变压器拓扑结构的开关电源。
