| 摘 要： | 科研能力水平是体现研究生教育成果的重要指标。杭州师范大学医药卫生管理学院在研究生科研能力培养方面做了大胆探索,从管理机制到实践操作,从学校管理到社会支持进行了整合和创新。针对社会医学与卫生事业管理学科的复合型特点,通过发挥学校制度、导师作用和社会支持等多方面的力量,提出了＂阶梯式＂的科研能力培养方案,以保证和提高硕士研究生的科研能力水平。
