摘    要:以问题为基础 ( Problem-based learning,PBL)的教学法自20世纪60年代在医学教育中应用以来,目前已成为国际上较为流行的一种教学模式。但在我国现阶段的国情下,该模式在应用中还存在着种种问题,而这些问题的存在又有着其内在或外在原因,加深对这些问题以及其存在原因的认识能够使未来的教学活动更加有效

Abstract:PBL was first introduced into medical education in the year 1969. Shortly thereafter, PBL grew in popularity and soon spread worldwide,and now it has become the trend of medical education throughout the world. However,there are a lot of problems related to the PBL process in present stage of medical education in our country, and all of those problems have their own internal or external reasons when PBL is in service under the local conditions of our country. A deeper understanding of those problems and their corresponding reasons can enhance the effect of medical teaching in the coming future.
