PBL教学法在医学本科生医学统计学实验教学中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨PBL教学法在医学本科生医学统计学实验教学中的应用,以提高医学统计学实验教学质量。方法随机选择我校临床专业本科生1个班级共72人,按小组分为2个实验室,其中1个实验室采取PBL教学法作为PBL组,另1个实验室仍用传统的实验方法作为对照组,观察一个学期,比较两组的教学效果。结果问卷调查结果表明PBL组在很多方面优于对照组,PBL组学生喜欢医学统计学的比例高于对照组(χ^2=5.14,P〈0.05);PBL组学生认为医学统计学有实用价值的比例高于对照组(χ^2=4.60,P〈0.05);PBL组学生对实验课内容满意的比例高于对照组(χ^2=4.19,P〈0.05),PBL组学生对实验课形式满意的比例高于对照组(χ^2=6.24,P〈0.05)。结论PBL教学法在医学统计学实验教学中效果显著,能提高医学统计学实验教学质量。
