Bain麻醉回路的临床应用

摘    要:30例静脉麻醉中应用Bain麻醉回路行呼吸管理,观察其对血气影响。发现气流量在成人为1L+70ml·kg~(-1)·min~(-1),小儿为1L+100ml·kg~(-1)·min~(-1)时,在自主呼吸情况下成人组或小儿组血气无明显差异(P>0.05),在成人控制呼吸组血PH及PaCO_2均有明显改变,考虑与使用该回路前有过度通气有关。

Abstract:The effects of Bain's circuit of anesthesia on blood gases were observed when the circuit was utilized for respiratory management in 30 surgical patients under intravenous anesthesia. It was revealed that the blood gases were not significantly altered either in the spontaneously breathing adult or in the child group after using the circuit (p>0.05) when the oxygen flow volume was 1 L + 70 ml/kg per minute in adults or 1L+100 ml/kg per minute in children. But the blood pH and PaCO2 showed significant changes in the group of adults with controlled respiration after using the circuit (p<0.001 and <0.05 respectively). These changes are parobably related to the fact that the patients were in hyperventilation before the circuit was applied.
