摘    要:目的 研究苜蓉皂甙对实验大鼠胆固醇排泄和人脐静脉内皮细胞释放一氧化氮(NO)的影响。方法 实验动物分为正常对照组、高胆固醇血症组、氯贝特(又名安妥明)阳必到 和苜蓿皂甙组。测定各组肝脏胆固醇、胆汁总胆酸和胆汁胆固醇含量的变化;测定粪便中固醇净排出量的变化并比较分析。内皮细胞人为正常对照组和苜蓿皂甙处理1h、1h、4h组。测定各组内皮细胞释放NO含量的变化并比较分析。结果 与高胆国大醇血症组比较,苜

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of alfalfa saponin on rat cholesterol excretion and nitric oxide(NO) release from human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC).Methods The liver and bile cholesterol,total bile acid and the cholesterol excretion in the experimental hypercholesterolemic rats were determined.The level of NO was observed in HUVEC.Results Compared with hypercholesterolemia group,the liver cholesterol was significantly reduced( P <0.01),the total bile acid in bile was significantly increased( P <0.01) and the total steroids and acidic steroids in feces were significantly increased in alfalfa saponin group.Compared with normal control, the NO release of HUVEC was significantly increased in Alfalfa saponin group after treatment for 1 h,2 h or 4 h. Conclusion Alfalfa saponin can increase the cholesterol excretion in experimental rats and the NO release in HUVEC.Alfalfa saponin might be a promising hypocholesterolemic drug.
