全麻诱导后置导尿管增加中老年患者麻醉苏醒期躁动

目的观察术前置导尿管对中老年患者在全麻苏醒期躁动情况的影响，探寻适宜的术前置导尿管时机，提高医疗质量。方法100例胸外科全麻下行食管癌切除手术的中老年患者分为2组，对照组（n=50）在清醒状态下行导尿术，实验组（n=50）在全麻诱导后行导尿术，比较2组患者在全麻苏醒期的躁动程度和导管脱出率。结果实验组与对照组比较，前者躁动程度和导管脱出率均明显高于后者（P〈0．01）。结论中老年患者在全麻诱导后置导尿管可导致麻醉苏醒期躁动程度的明显增加和术后并发症发生率的提高，术前置导尿管术宜在全麻诱导前实施。

Inserting catheter after the inducement of general anesthesia enhances the restlessness in elderly patients in anesthesia recovery period

Objective To investigate the restlessness condition in recovery period of general anesthesia in aged patients with the catheter inserted before or after the inducement of general anesthesia.Methods The study was carried out in 100 esophageal cancer patients undergoing general anesthesia for open chest operation.They were divided randomly into two groups: experimental group(n=50),the catheter was inserted after the inducement of general anesthesia;control group(n=50),the patients were catheterized before the induction of anesthesia.The manic condition and the rate of catheter pulling-off in the two groups were compared. Results It was found that the extent of manic condition and the rate of catheter pulling-off in the experimental group were higher than that in the control(P<0.05).Conclusions The time of catheter inserting is an element related to the restlessness and other serious postoperative complications.It is advisable to insert the catheter before anesthesia induction.
