摘    要:目的观察丙泊酚对人定量药物脑电图(QPEEG)δ频段功率百分比的影响。方法青年志愿者20人,每组10人,男女各半,分别静脉注射丙泊酚1.0 mg/kg、1.5 mg/kg,观察比较2组给药前后QPEEG的δ频段功率百分比。结果注射丙泊酚后,2组QPEEGδ频段功率百分比均增加(P〈0.01)),25 min达高峰,约10min恢复。1.5 mg/kg组QPEEGδ频段功率百分比增加幅度大于1.0 mg/kg组(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。结论丙泊酚可剂量依赖性地增加人QPEEGδ频段功率百分比,提示QPEEGδ频段功率百分比有可能成为监测丙泊酚麻醉深度的指标。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of propofol on the percentage of δ band power of quantitative pharmaco-EEG(QPEEG).Methods 20 healthy adults were randomly divided into 2 groups(P1.0 & P1.5,n=10 each) and were given iv injections of 1.0 mg·kg-1 or 1.5 mg·kg-1 of prpofol,respectively.The EEG samples were obtained before and at regular intervals following the propofol injections.Power spectral analysis was conducted to check the EEG variations before and after the propofol iv injections.Results The percentage of δ band power of QPEEG significantly increased in both groups(P〈0.01),reached its peak at 2-5 min,and then returned to normal at 10 min.The increase of the percentage of δ band power of QPEEG in group P1.0 was greater than that in group P1.5(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).Conclusion Propofol increased the percentage of QPEEG power at δ band in a dose-dependence manner,which suggested that the percentage of QPEEG power at δ band serve as an effective index of anesthesia depth monitering.
