派丽奥软膏辅助龈下超声治疗中重度牙周炎临床疗效观察

目的评价派丽奥软膏（2％盐酸米诺环素软膏）辅助龈下超声治疗中、重度牙周炎的临床效果。方法选择中度、重度慢性牙周炎患者82例，采用随机自身对照，经龈下超声根面平整后，实验组在牙周袋内置派丽奥软膏，每周1次，共4次，对照组不置药，在治疗前和治疗后2、4、8周检查菌斑指数（PLI）、龈沟出血指数（SBI）、牙周袋深度（PD）。结果治疗后实验组各指标与对照组比较明显下降，疗效优于对照组。结论派丽奥软膏辅助龈下超声治疗中、重度慢性牙周炎疗效显著。

A study of the clinical effect of Periocline ointment as an auxiliary therapy on chronic periodontitis

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Periocline Ointment （2% minocycline hydrochloride ointment） as an auxiliary therapy on chronic periodontitis. Methods A randomized, single - blind and self - controlled study was designed. 82 patients with medium and advanced perodontitis were divided into the test group and the control group after ultrasonic subgingival scaling. The test group was treated with Periocline Ointment into the periodontal pocket once a week for 4 weeks, while the control group was treated with nothing. The indexes such as plaque index （PLI） , sulcus bleeding index （SBI） and periodontal pocket depth （PD） were observed on the 2nd, 4th and 8th weeks before and after the treatment. Results All the indices of both groups obviously decreased, compared with the control group. The results of the test group were better than those of the control group. Conclusion Local drug administration of Periocline Ointment as an auxiliary therapy of ultrasonic subgingival scaling in periodontitis can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms with good clinical effects.
