| 摘 要： | 目的观察瑞芬太尼与氯胺酮合用对小鼠学习记忆的影响。方法按分层随机区组设计将小鼠分为3组：瑞芬太尼＋生理盐水（R）组、氯胺酮＋生理盐水（K）组、瑞芬太尼＋氯胺酮（RK）组。用跳台实验分别观察小鼠潜伏期和错误次数,以评估药物对小鼠的学习记忆功能的影响。结果用药后第1天,与RK组相比,R组潜伏期和错误次数均减少（P〈0.05）,K组错误次数减少（P〈0.05）;用药后第2天,与RK组相比,R组和K组的潜伏期和错误次数均减少（P〈0.05）;用药后第3天,各组间潜伏期和错误次数差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论瑞芬太尼与氯胺酮合用能增强损害小鼠学习记忆的能力,但不会造成持久的学习记忆能力障碍。
