摘    要:目的 研究不同剂量乙醇对丙泊酚小鼠学习记忆的影响.方法 按分层随机区组设计将30只小鼠分为5组(n=6):生理盐水+脂肪乳(A组);生理盐水+ 丙泊酚(B组);10%乙醇+ 丙泊酚(C组);20%乙醇+ 丙泊酚(D组);40%乙醇+ 丙泊酚(E组).用避暗实验测定各组给药后1、24 、48 h的潜伏期及错误次数.结果 用药后1 h,与B组、C组及D组分别相比,E组错误次数减少(P〈0.05),潜伏期延长(P〈0.05).但此时E组小鼠处于昏睡状态,说明此时乙醇对中枢高度抑制.与B组相比,C组、D组错误次数增多(P〈0.05),D组潜伏期缩短(P〈0.05).用药后24 h,与B组、C组分别相比,D组错误次数增多(P〈0.05).用药后48 h,与B组相比,D组错误次数增多(P〈0.05),潜伏期缩短(P〈0.05).结论 在一定浓度范围内,乙醇可以增强丙泊酚对小鼠学习记忆的抑制作用.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of different doses of ethanol on learning and memory in mice treated with propofol. Methods According to stratified randomized block design, 30 mice were divided into the following groups (n =6) : saline + fat emulsion (group A) ; saline + propofol (group B) ; 10% ethanol + propofol (group C) ; 20% ethanol + propofol group D) ; 40% ethanol + propofol (group E). Then the passive avoidance test was adopted to de- tect the length of incubation and the number of errors 1,24 and 48 hours after administration. Results One hour after treatment, compared with groups B, C and D, less errors but extended incubation time were examined in group E (P 〈 0.05 for both). But at that time, the mice in group E were drowsy, indicating a highly inhibitory effect on CNS by etha- nol. Compared with group B, groups C and D presented more errors ( P 〈 0. 05 ), while the incubation period in group D was shorten ( P 〈 0.05 ). Twenty four hours after treatment, compared with groups B and C, an increase in the number of errors was seen in group D ( P 〈 0.05 ). Forty eight hours after treatment, compared with group B, the mice in group D made more errors ( P 〈 0.05 ) but presented a shorter incubation period (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Ethanol can enhance the inhibitory effect of propofol on learning and memory in mice within a certain concentration range.
