老龄胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人围手术期营养支持的应用效果观察

目的评价老龄胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人围手术期营养支持对术后恢复的影响.方法总结124例65岁以上胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人围手术期营养支持的疗效并与86例未进行此方案支持的病例对比研究.结果观察组老龄胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人共124例（95%可信区间为55.79%～62.31%）.给予术前EN或PN营养支持,术后早期PN＋EN到后期EN营养支持,与86例未进行此方案支持的病例在平均住院时间及总住院费用上有明显统计学差异.结论老龄胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人围手术期营养支持有助于加速病人术后的恢复,减少手术后并发症的发生,从而缩短住院时间,减少住院费用.

The Application of Nutritional Support in Geriatric Patients with Gastrointestinal Cancer During Perioperative Period

Objective To evaluate the effect of nutrition support on geriatric patients with gastrointestinal cancer cluring perioperative period.Method We summarised 124 cases of gastrointestinal cancer geriatric（〉 65A） patients who received nutritional support for the experience,and compared the data with 86 cases without support.Results The nutritional support group had a totally of 124 cases,who accepted EN or PN before the operation,and after operation PN＋EN in the early,full EN in the later period.The control group had a totally of 86 caseswithout nutrition support.And there were obvious differences between these two groups.Conclusion Nutritional support to patients with gastrointestinal caner,can reduce surgery post-operative complications,shorten the time of inpatient,and to save hospitalization expenses.
