彩超检查在乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效评估中的价值

目的探讨彩超检查在乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效评估中的价值.方法对新辅助化疗的32例乳腺癌患者,选用触诊、彩超及乳腺钼靶评估新辅助化疗后的疗效.将各种检查结果与病理学检查结果进行对比.结果触诊方法有过高评估疗效之弊,钼靶对新辅助化疗后乳腺癌癌灶范围的测定存在不足.与病理学检查结果进行对比后发现,彩超结果与组织病理表现的相关性是0.79,触诊结果与组织病理表现的相关性是0.64.彩超结果与组织病理表现的相关性高于触诊.结论对乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效的评估彩超检查优于触诊,彩超检查有助于乳腺癌新辅助化疗后疗效的评估,指导临床诊断治疗方案.

The Value of Color Doppler Ultrasonography in the Evaluation for the Efficacy of Neoadjuvent Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Breast Cancer

Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the evaluation for the efficacy of neoadjuvent chemotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer.Methods Our study enrolled 32 patients with breast cancer,accepted palpation,color Doppler ultrasonography and mammography before and after neoadjuvent chemotherapy to evaluate the efficacy of neoadjuvent chemotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer.The result of each examination was compared with that of pathological examination. Results The efficacy of neoadjuvent chemotherapy was highly evaluated by palpation.There were some deficiencies in the measurements of primary breast cancer after neoadjuvent chemotherapy by mammography.While the result of color Doppler ultrasonography was compared with that of pathological examination,the correlation coefficient is 0.79.While the result of palpation was compared with that of pathological examination,the correlation coefficient is 0.64.The correlation coefficient of color Doppler ultrasonography compared to pathological examination is higher than that of palpation.Conclusion Our study indicates that color Doppler ultrasonography is better than palpation in the evaluation for the efficacy of neoadjuvent chemotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer.The color Doppler ultrasonography may help us to evaluate the efficacy of neoadjuvent chemotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer more correctly.
