不同品牌卷烟烟焦油的致突变作用研究

目的：检测不同品牌卷烟烟焦油的致突变性，研究比较产地和生产工艺对卷烟焦油致突变作用的影响。为保护消费者健康提供科学依据，方法：鼠伤寒沙门氏菌／哺乳动物肝微粒体酶试验(mnes试验)，结果：所检测的23种国内外品牌卷烟烟焦油均具有明显的致突变作用，是需代谢活化的阳性致突变物，卷烟烟焦油具有移码致突变作用，但不是碱基置换致突变物，不同产地和生产工艺的卷烟烟焦油致突变性存在显著性差异，国产烤烟型卷烟的致突变作用明显低于国外的混合型卷烟，结论：卷烟烟焦油是需代谢活化的间接致突变物，吸烟有害健康；产地和生产工艺对卷烟烟焦油的致突变作用有显著性影响。

The Mutagenicity of Different Brands of Cigarette Smoking Condensate

Objective: To detect the mutagenicity of cigarette smoking condensate (CSC) of different brands, to compare the influence of different producing regions and producing technologies on the mutagenicity of CSC, to afford scientific data for the health protection of cigarette consumers. Methods: The mutagenicity was detected by salmonella typhimurium/mammals microsomal enzyme test (Ames assay). Results: CSC out of all 23 brands here detected was mutagenic while activated by S 9 metabolic mix. CSC was sham shift, but not base-pair substitution mutagen. There were significant differences in the mutagenicity of CSC produced in different regions and by different technologies. The mutagenicity of CSC of the toast cigarette produced home was significantly lower than that of the mix cigarette produced abroad. Conclusion: CSC was one kind of mutagen needing activation. Smoking was harmful for health. Producing region and technology could significantly influence the mutagenicity of CSC.
