| 摘 要： | 目的：研究大鼠原位肝移植模型的手术技巧及术后并发症的预防及处理。方法：50只SD大鼠作供体,50只Wistar大鼠为受体,通过“二袖套法”施行大鼠原位肝移植。结果：24h存活率90％;周存活率82％。结论：熟练的显微外科技术是模型成功与否的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the technique and complication of orthotopic liver transplantation in rats. Methods: Orthotopic liver transplantation in 50 Wistar rats that accepted SD rats liver was established by using "two-cuff method". Results: the survival rate of post-operation 24?h and one week was 90% and 82% respectively. Conclusion: Meticulous and skilled surgical technique is the key of successful operation. |
