云南三种花粉中维生素B_1,B_2及C含量的测定

摘    要:用荧光法对云南松花粉、荞麦花粉、油菜花粉中维生素B1,B2 及C的含量进行测定 .结果 :3种花粉均含有丰富的维生素B1及B2 ,但不同花粉中其含量不同 .含维生素B1最高的是荞麦花粉 (0 39mg/ 10 0 g) ,含维生素B2 最高的是油菜花粉 (0 70mg/ 10 0 g) .结果可为上述花粉资源的开发提供科学依据 .

Abstract:Vitamin B 1, Vitamin B 2, Vitamin C of 3 kinds of pollen from Yunnan were studied by fluorescence spectrophotometer.The sample were Pinusthunbergii, Fagopyrum esculentum and Brassica compestris. The results showed that the content of Vitamin B 1, Vitamin B 2, of pollen were rich. The content of Vitaimin B l of Fagopyrum esculentum was the highest(0 39?mg/l00g), and the Vitamin B 2, of Brassica compestris was the richest(0 70?mg/l00?g). It was worth to utilize.
