| 摘 要： | 目的探讨丹参对瘢痕成纤维细胞生物学行为的影响，揭示其对瘢痕的作用及机制，方法对瘢痕成纤维细胞进行体外培养，采用倒置显微镜、MTT测定、流式细胞术等方法进行观察、分析，以研究丹参对瘢痕成纤维细胞生物学行为的影响．结果体外培养瘢痕成纤维细胞倒置显微镜、MTT测定、流式细胞术等方法观察和测定结果显示：与相应对照组相比，加入丹参组细胞生长及增殖均受到明显抑制，丹参各浓度组间细胞受抑制程度存在显著性差异（P〈0．05）．结论丹参对瘢痕成纤维细胞的生长、增殖有抑制作用，不同浓度其作用效果有差别．

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of salvia miltiorrhiza on fibroblast of scar about its biological behavior and reveal the mechanism to provide basic theory for clinical prevention and treatment to scars. Methods The fibroblasts of scars were cultivated in vitro. The biological behavior and pathological changes of the fibroblasts affected by mihiorrhiza were observed and analyzed by inverted microscope, MTT assay and flow cytometry. Results By MTT assays and flowing cytometry, the growth and the proliferation of fibroblast of experimental groups were decreased compared with the control groups. Conclusions Salvia mihiorrhiza can decrease fibroblasts growth and proliferation. |
