摘    要:为进一步了解EB病毒与鼻咽癌的关系,全面综合调查鼻咽癌病人的免疫功能,应用PCR方法检测鼻咽病人组织块EB病毒DNA,并对处国咽癌病人血清中EB病毒(EBV-VCA/IgA)抗体、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、脂质过氧化物降解产物(MDA)及数种微量元素含量进行测定。结果:从鼻咽癌病人鼻咽部活检组织中成功地检测出EB病毒DNA片断。进一步证实了EB病毒与鼻咽癌的发生有密切关系。并对鼻咽癌病人血清V

Abstract:To understand further the relations between Epstein-Bar virus (EBV) and nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) and synthetically investigate immune functions in NPC patients, we detected DNA fragment of EBV using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method and determined antibody (EBV-VCA/IgA), activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde(MDA) and varied trace elements in serum in NPC patients. The results: DNA fragment of EBV was detected from nasopharyngeal tissue in NPC patients, it is further demonstrated that there are close relations between the occurrence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and the infection of Epstein-Barr virus. The synthetical and comparative study on EBV-VCA/IgA, SOD, MDA and varied trace elements in serum in NPC patients provided a scientific basis for diagnosis, therapeusis and prognosis.
