| 摘 要： | 目的观察肠腔内排列术治疗严重和/或复发性肠粘连的临床效果.方法采用逆行插管肠腔内排列术治疗89例患者,随访2-14 a.结果89例手术后均无并发症,除失访病例外,无肠梗阻发生,手术成功率为62.9%.结论改良的逆行插管肠腔内排列术,手术操作不复杂,疗效可靠,是治疗严重和/或复发性肠粘连有效手术方法之一.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of intestinal incubation plication to treat severe and/or recurrent adhesive ileus.Methods Retrograde incubation plication was performed on 89 patients.The follow-up period was 2 to 14 years.Results No recurrent intestinal obstruction occurred and no severe complications were found on remaining 56 patients.The success rate was 62.9%.Conclusion Modified retrograde incubation plication is useful in the surgical management of patients with severe and/or recurrent adhesive intestinal obstruction by its simple and effective procedure. |
