选择性子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效分析

摘    要:目的探讨经皮股动脉穿刺行子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效,疗法36例临床症状均为月经量过多,不同程度贫血、盆区疼痛,术曲检查临床诊断为子宫肌瘤,行双侧子宫肌瘤供血动脉的俭塞治疗,栓塞剂为海藻酸钠微球,结果栓塞成功率97%,无严重并发症发生,随访3~12个月,B超示术后12月肌瘤平均缩小45%,均伴有月经量的明显减少,结论UAE是治疗子宫肌瘤的安全方法,近期疗效肯定。

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect of uterine arterial embolization (UAE) in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods All patients with excessive menstruation, pelvic pain, dill)rent level anemia were clear-cut diagnosed uterine fibroids before the treatment. Bilateral arterial embolization of tumor feeding vessels were done in 36 cases of uterine fibroids. The embolie materials used in this study was polymannuronate mieroballoons. Results The achievement ratio was 97%, and on serious complications related to the procedure occurred. B-mode ultrasound examination revealed the following 12 months after the procedure, with an average shrinkage of 45% in volume for all eases in the 6 months follow up, together with conspicuous decrease in volume of menstruation. Conclusions UAE is a safe and effective method for the management of uterine fibroids. The effect in the near future is certain.
