| 摘 要： | 目的对超脉冲CO：激光和连续CO：激光治疗睑缘色素痣临床效果和安全性进行比较．方法采用队列研究，病例共205例，其中超脉冲CO：激光治疗组100例，连续CO：激光治疗组105例，观察各自的疗效、色素沉着、疤痕、结痂时问、脱痂时间情况．结果两组病例有效率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），超脉冲CO：激光治疗组皮损处色素沉着及疤痕率明显较连续CO：激光治疗组低旧〈0．05）；结痂时间、脱痂时间也均较短（P〈0．05）．结论超脉冲CO：激光治疗睑缘色素痣的效果优于较连续CO：激光．
