| 摘 要： | 目的观察牙周基础治疗术后维护期配合中草药牙得安牙粉控制牙周炎效果.方法采用单盲随机将115例慢性成人牙周病患者随机分成两组,牙得安复方中草药牙粉加基础治疗（实验组）57例,普通牙膏加基础治疗（对照组）58例,观察实验前、维护期1个月、6个月相比牙周临床指标（PLI、SBI、PD、AL、MD）变化.结果 （1）实验组的牙周临床指标术前与术后维护期1个月、6个月差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.对照组的牙周临各项标术前与6个月差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.实验组与对照组的牙周临床指标术前与术后维护期1个月相比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;（2）术后维护期1个月实验组与对照组疗效比较无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;术后6个月实验组与对照组疗效比较有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.结论牙周基础治疗术后维护期内用中草药牙得安牙粉控制牙周炎效果良好.
