| 摘 要： | 目的观察七氟烷与异氟烷用于小儿麻醉时麻醉苏醒期躁动情况.方法 50例行下腹部手术的小儿随机分为七氟烷组（n=25）与异氟烷组（n=25）,用PAED评分表评估苏醒期躁动的发生率.结果七氟烷苏醒期躁动的发生率与异氟烷没有差别.结论七氟烷用于小儿麻醉时,麻醉苏醒期躁动的发生率与异氟烷没有差别.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the pediatric anesthesia emergence agitation and delirium between sevoflurane and isoflurane inhalation anesthesia.Methods Fifty children of ASAⅠ～Ⅱ,aged 5～10,who would receive hypogastric surgery,were randomly divided into 2 groups according to anesthesia methods： sevoflurane group（n=25） and isoflurane group（n=25）.The incidence of emergence agitation（EA）and emergence delirium（ED）were evaluated by the Pediatric Anesthesia Emergence Delirium Scale（PAED）.Result There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of ED between sevoflurane and isoflurane anesthesia（21% vs.24%,P0.05）.Conclusion There is no statistically significant difference in the incidence of EA and ED between sevoflurane or isoflurane anesthesia. |
