树鼩、恒河猴和大鼠脑发育的比较研究

摘    要:目的研究树鼩脑发育变化,并进行比较研究,为树鼩替代啮齿类和部分替代猴作为脑疾病模型奠定基础.方法用3%戊巴比妥钠按每千克体重1.2mL深度麻醉SD大鼠、树鼩和恒河猴,处死取脑;分离海马、小脑,称重并进行统计学分析.结果三种动物从新生到亚成体阶段,脑的绝对重均分别增加5.86、6.77和2.05倍;然而,小脑和海马的增重却没有明显的规律性.结论树鼩智力水平明显高于大鼠,可以考虑用树鼩替代啮齿类和部分替代猴作为脑疾病模型.

Abstract:Objective To compare changes in the brain development among tree shrews,Rhesus monkeys and rats,so as to provide some information for the eatablishment of brain disease animal model with tree shrews instead of monkeys and rodents.Methods The tree shrews,Rhesus monkeys and rats were anesthetized to death with 1.2 mL of 3% pentobarbital sodium,and their brain tissues were taken out.The hippocampus and cerebellum were isolated and weighed,then the data were analyzed statistically.Result The brain weight of the three subadult animals were respectively 5.86 times,6.77 times and 2.05 times as weighty as new-born animals,while the weight of hippocampus and cerebellums did not increase as regular as the brain.Conclusion Our results suggest tree shrews are significantly smarter than SD rats,indicating tree shrew can be considered as brain disease model animal instead of monkeys and rats.
