| 摘 要： | 介绍了日本社会的人口老龄化状况以及日本社会的医疗保险体系和老年护理保险体系的结构,探讨了日本社会医疗保险体系和护理保险制度的完善,使日本社会人口老龄化所带来的一系列问题得到妥善解决,从而对我国健全医疗保险制度和老年人照顾问题具有一定的借鉴意义.
