卵巢早衰32例临床分析

目的探讨卵巢早衰的治疗,加深对卵巢早衰的认识及重视程度.方法对1999年10月至2006年10月诊断的32例卵巢早衰患者的临床资料及治疗情况进行回顾性分析.结果卵巢早衰患者血清性激素测定显示E2值低于或等于卵泡期水平,FSH和LH值明显升高,PRL值在正常范围.卵巢早衰患者常伴有情绪异常、不同程度的生殖器和乳房萎缩、骨矿物缺乏和骨质疏松、通过合理的激素替代治疗,临床症状能得到明显改善,但完全恢复正常极困难.结论卵巢早衰病因复杂、治疗困难、治愈率低、值得临床重视和研究.

The Clinic Analysis of 32 Patients with Premature Ovarian Failure

Objective To analyze the clinic data of patients with premature ovarian failure（POF）,investigate the therapy of premature ovarian failure,recognize POF further and attach importance to it.Methods 32 patients with premature ovarian failure from October 1999 to October 2006 were recruited in our study.Their clinic data and therapy were analyzed retrospectively.Results The circulating concentration of sex hormone in the patients with POF：1）estradiol（E2）level was below or equal to E2 level in follicular phase,Follicle-stimulating hormone（FSH）level and Luteinizing hormone（LH）level significantly increased,Prolactin（PRL）level was normal.The patients with POF suffered from abnormal emotions,the genital and breast atrophy at different degree,the loss of bone and osteoporosis.Through the rational hormone replacement,the patients＇clinic symptoms were improved,but the complete recovery was difficult.Conclusion The pathogenesis of POF is complex,the therapy is difficult and the recovery rate is low,therefore,POF deserves to study and importance should be attached to it.
