TrK C在成年猫脊髓和背根节的分布

采用免疫组织化学方法探讨trKC在成年猫脊髓L3,L5节段和L6 背根节的分布 .结果 :trKC的免疫阳性反应物 (trKC -IR)主要分布于脊髓腹角、中间带、背角深部以及背根节 (DRG)的大神经元胞浆内 .此外 ,脊髓Ⅱ板层还可见均质状的trKC -IR ,染色明显深于其它各层 ;而DRG的少数中、小神经元亦呈trKC阳性反应 .提示 ,trKC可能与成年猫脊髓和DRG某些神经元的生理功能有关 .

The Immunohistochemical Study for the Distribution of TrK C in Spinal Cord and Dorsal Root Ganglion of Adult Cats

TrKC was designated as the functional receptor of neurotrophin-3 In this study,we investigated the distribution of trKC-like immunoreactivity (trKC-IR) in spinal cord and dorsal root ganglion of adult cats using specific antiserum for trKC by immmunohistochemistry ABC method. The results were as following: In spinal cord,trKC-IR was mainly distributed in neurons including ventrolateral horn,intermedius zone,and the deep of dorsal horn. The subcellular localization of positive product was mainly in cytoplasm. In addition,homogenous trKC-IR was also found in lamina II. In dorsal root ganglion (DRG),trKC-IR was mainly distributed in large neurons and a few small to medium sized neurons. Our results give morphological evidence on the distribution of trKC in DRG and spinal cord of adult cats. It indicated that the role of trKC involves in physiological function of DRG and spinal cord of adult cat.
