摘    要:为了探讨程序化细胞死亡(PCD)在颞颌关节的发育中的作用,利用原位末端标记法(TUNEL),对胚胎及生后1周SD大鼠颞颌关节发育不同时期的PCD进行了观察。结果:各时期髁状突软骨细胞中均有PCD出现,阳性PCD细胞主要分布于软骨增殖带及浅层肥厚与深层肥厚层交界的区域,关节腔开 形成时髁状软骨表面PCD明显,出生后PCD阳性细胞于关节的功能部位(髁状突前斜面)较其他部位更明显。结果表明PCD在颞颌关

Abstract:Programmed cell death (PCD) involving in embryogenesis and organ formation has been verified, but the reports of PCD of development in temporomandibular joint(TMJ) have not been found. PCD in TMJ development both prenatal and postnatal was observed. The roles of PCD in development were discussed. Methods: Tdt-mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) was used in observation of PCD in TMJ of SD rats during series prenatal and postnatal developmental periods. Results: PCD is involved in condylar cartilage development of different periods. The cells of PCD were mainly located in proliferative zone and the area between prehypertrophic zone and late hypertrophic zone. Conclusion: PCD plays an important role in TMJ development both prenatal and postnatal.
