联合治疗对妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的影响

摘    要:目的评估妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积综合症(ICP)3种治疗方案的临床疗效.方法将患者随机分为单用腺苷蛋氨酸、单用多烯磷脂酰胆碱及联合应用两药共3组,3周后追踪治疗前后的血胆汁酸、转氨酶水平及3组新生儿情况、妊娠结局,比较3种治疗方案.结果联合用药组改善血胆汁酸及转氨酶的疗效显著优于单用药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合应用后可明显改善新生儿情况及妊娠结局.结论思美泰与易善复联合应用可以降低妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积综合症的生化指标,改善妊娠结局,提高新生儿的生存质量.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effects of three treatment option for intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP).Methods The patients with intrahepatic cholestasis in pregnancy were randomized to receive signle SAMe,Polyene Phosphatidylcholine or combined treatment for two weeks and the results were compared.Results After combined treatment,there were significant decrease in the degree of the blood level of biochemical parameters such as AST,ALT and TBA(P<0.05).Combined with single treated group,the outcome of pregnancy and the situation of newborns were significantly improved.Conclusion The combined treatment of SAM and Polyene Phosphatidylcholine can obviously improve the outcome of pregnancy and the newborns’ quality of life than the single SAM or single Polyene Phosphatidylcholine.
