| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究原发性肝癌患者经射频消融治疗后机体细胞免疫功能的变化 .方法 :采用CTRF117射频治疗仪治疗原发性肝癌患者 4 0例 .采用流式细胞术检测治疗前后外周血T细胞亚群 (CD+ 3 ,CD+ 4 ,CD+ 8)及NK细胞的百分率 .结果 :治疗前原发性肝癌患者外周血中CD+ 3 ,CD+ 4 ,CD+ 8,NK细胞及CD+ 4 /CD+ 8比值与对照组相比 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ;治疗后CD+ 3 ,CD+ 4 ,CD+ 8,NK细胞及CD+ 4 /CD+ 8比值与治疗前相比 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) .结论 :射频消融治疗可改善原发性肝癌患者的细胞免疫功能

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the changes of immune function of patients with PHC after radio frequency ablation. Methods: 40 cases of PHC patients were treated by using CTRF117 radio frequency instrument. Flow cytometry was used to detect the changes in percentages of T-lymphocyte subsets(CD + 3 ,CD + 4,CD + 8)and NK cells. Results: The percentages of CD + 3,CD + 4,NK cells and the ratio of CD + 4/CD + 8 were significantly lower than those from control group while the percentage of CD + 8 cell was obviously higher than that from control group (P<0.05). After treatment with RFA, the percentages of CD + 3 ,CD + 4,NK cells and the ratio of CD + 4/CD + 8 increased while the percentage of CD + 8 cell decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion: Cell-mediated immune function of PHC patients can be improved by the treatment of RFA. |
