| 摘 要： | 目的探讨性病(STD)相关性慢性前列腺炎患者(CP)心理状况。方法139例慢性前列腺炎患者按汉密顿抑郁量表(HDS)和汉密顿焦虑量表(HAS)评定其心理状态,比较分析性病相关性慢性前列腺炎心理状况。结果慢性前列腺炎患者的焦虑与抑郁评分明显高于正常男性,生育年龄段、伴有性功能障碍、未生育的患者其焦虑与抑郁评分明显增高,随着慢性前列腺炎病程的延长,患者的焦虑与抑郁评分亦增高。结论抑郁、焦虑症状在性病相关性慢性前列腺炎患者中普遍存在,应给予重视并及时心理治疗,对加速患者康复、提高生命质量等具有较大的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate psychological hindrance in patients with chronic prostatitis following sexually transmitted disease. Methods 139 patients with chronic prostatitis following sexually transmitted disease were evaluated with HAS and HDS. Results Anxiety and depression were higher in patients with prostatitis following sexually transmitted disease than common people.Anxiety and depression were higher in barren patients and patients in period of duration and patients with sexual dysfunction than the others.The psychological hindrance were correlated with the course of the disease.Conclusions The patients with chronic prostatitis following sexually transmitted disease accompany with anxiety,depression frequently,they can got therapeutic effect after psychological treatment. |
