电凝法治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效观察

目的探讨电凝法治疗老年患者下肢静脉曲张的临床疗效。方法将100例老年下肢静脉曲张患者纳入研究,按入院的先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组行电凝法,对照组行传统的大隐静脉高位结扎剥脱术。记录并比较手术时间、住院时间、术后不良反应发生率、复发率等临床指标。结果观察组的手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,术后不良反应少于对照组,组间比较差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）,复发率组间比较,没有显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论电凝法治疗老年下肢静脉曲张具有操作简便易行、住院时间短、并发症少、复发低的优点,是一种理想的微创手术方法。

Observation on efficacy of electrocoagulation in treating elderly patients with varicose veins

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of electrocoagulation in treating elderly patients with varicose veins.Methods 100 elderly patients with varicose veins were included in the study.According to the order of admission,they were randomly divided into observation group and the control group（n=50）.Observation group was given coagulation treatment,control group was given traditional high ligation of saphenous vein stripping surgery.All clinical parameters were recorded and compared between groups including operative time,hospital stay,incidence of adverse reactions,relapse rate.Results Observation group,operative time,shorter hospital stay than the control group,postoperative adverse events than the control group,the difference between groups was significant（P0.05）,relapse rate between the two groups,no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusions Electrocoagulation has the advantages of simple,short hospital stay,fewer complications,recurrence rate in treating elderly patients with varicose veins,is an ideal minimally invasive surgical method.
