妥布霉素贝复舒凝胶混合剂治疗新生儿泪囊炎的疗效观察

目的观察妥布霉素贝复舒凝胶混合剂在新生儿泪囊炎泪道治疗中的疗效。方法 184例204眼新生儿泪囊炎随机分成研究组和对照组,研究组用生理盐水冲洗泪道后再用妥布霉素贝复舒凝胶混合剂冲洗充填泪囊,对照组按传统方式生理盐水冲洗泪道后滴妥布霉素滴眼液,两组均在泪道冲洗无脓后行泪道探通,观察两组疗效。结果研究组治疗时间(平均3天)治愈率达98.1%,再手术率0%,优于对照组(平均5天),治愈率92%,再手术率5%。结论妥布霉素贝复舒凝胶混合剂泪道冲洗在新生儿泪囊炎泪道治疗中的疗效好,可明显缩短治疗时间及减少复发。

Efficacy of tobramycin bFGF gel mixture in treatmentof neonatal dacryocystitis

Objective To observe the efficacy of tobramycin bFGF gel mixture of in the lacrimal treatment of neonatal dacryocystitis. Methods 204 eyes of 184 neonatal withdacryocystitis were randomly divided into two groups：the study group and the control group. The study group used tobramycin bFGF gel mixture to rinse and stuff lacrimal sac after rinsing the lacrimal duct with saline. The control group rinsed the lacrimal sac in the traditional way before dropping the tobramycin Eye Drops. Both groups carried on probing of lacrimal passage after lacrimal flush without pus , and observed the effects in two groups. Results The study group treatment time （average 3 days） cure rate of 98%, reoperation rate of 0% was better than the control group （average of 5 days）, the cure rate of 92% and reoperation rate of 5%. Conclusions The efficacy of tobramycin bFGF gel mixture in the treatment of neonatal dacryocystitis was obvious, it could significantly shorten treatment time and reduce recurrence.
