摘    要:目的用体外培养法探讨低分子姬松茸多糖(a low molecular weight polysaceharide isolated from Agaricus blazei,LMPAB)对人白血病细胞k562生长的抑制作用。方法5、10和20μg·ml^-1浓度的LMPAB处理体外培养的k5624 8h后,采用MTT法检测LMPAB对k562生长的影响。结果LMPAB在体外具有明显的细胞毒性,可抑制k562增殖,且呈剂量依赖性。结论LMPAB在体外可有效抑制人白血病细胞k562的生长。

Abstract:Objective To observe the anticancer effects of LMPAB (a low molecular weight poly-saecharide isolated from Agaricus blazei Murill) on growth inhibition in K562 cells. Methods K562 Cell proliferation was analyzed by MTT after treated with LMAPAB (5,10 and 20μg ml^-1) for 48 h. Results LMPAB produced cytotoxie effect onthe cell in vitro and could obviously inhibit proliferation of K562 with dose-dependent relation in vitro. Conclusions LMAPAB can inhibit the proliferation of K562 cell significantly.
