| 摘 要： | 目的观察海藻甘草不同比例配伍合煎液对甲状腺肿大动物甲状腺功能和形态的影响,探讨海藻甘草不同比例配伍治疗甲状腺肿大的机理。方法选用清洁型健康SD大鼠90只,雌雄各半,随机分成9组：正常组、模型组、阳性对照组、海藻单煎液组、不同比例配伍合煎液组。每日给大鼠灌胃丙基硫氧嘧啶（0.15g/kg）,连续造模10d。给药组动物在造模的同时分别灌胃海藻单煎液及其海藻甘草不同比例合煎液。观察一周后采血,酶联免疫法测定血清中FT3、FT4和TSH的含量,处死大鼠,使用常规HE染色,观察光镜下其甲状腺的形态变化。结果 1）海藻单煎液及海藻甘草不同比例配伍合煎液对血清中的FT3、FT4和TSH有一定影响,海藻甘草1∶2配伍时血清中的FT3、FT4和TSH与正常组和模型组均无显著性差异。2）由HE染色可观察到1∶2组滤泡上皮细胞增生不明显,其他比例配伍组都有不同程度的增生。结论海藻甘草配伍在治疗甲状腺肿大上具有一定疗效,1∶2配伍时可以改善甲肿甲状腺细胞的功能和形态。 |
