| 摘 要： | 目的探讨RI基因在卵巢癌组织中的表达水平。方法通过RT-PCR和Western blot方法检测20例卵巢癌及正常卵巢组织中RI基因的表达情况。结果卵巢癌组织中RI基因的表达明显低于正常卵巢组织。结论卵巢癌的生长可能与RI基因的表达下降有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the expression level of RI gene in ovarian carcinoma.Methods RT-PCR and Western blot were used to detect the expression of RI gene in 20 ovarian carcinoma samples and 20 normal ovarian samples.Results Expression of RI gene both on mRNA and protein level showed significantly lower in the ovarian carcinoma samples than that in the normal ovarian samples.Conclusions The growth of ovarian carcinoma may be associated with the declined expression of RI gene. |
