锁定钢板固定治疗老年肱骨近端骨折疗效分析

目的 分析锁定钢板内固定应用于老年肱骨近端骨折患者的临床治疗效果.方法 选取2011年1月至2013年1月我院科室所收治的肱骨近端骨折老年患者80例,随机分成两组,每组40例.对照组给予保守治疗,实验组实施锁定钢板内固定治疗.对两组患者的疗效与不良反应情况进行对比分析.结果 实验组的优良率90％明显高于对照组的72.5％ （P ＜0.05）.两组患者愈合时间无明显差异（P＞0.05）,但对照组畸形愈合率为60％明显高于实验组的20％ （P＜0.05）.结论 与保守治疗相比,钢板内固定手术应用于老年肱骨近端骨折患者的疗效更佳,不仅有助于患者肩关节功能的恢复,还能减少手术的不良反应,减轻患者的痛苦,在临床治疗中应普及应用.

Locking plate fixation of proximal humeral fractures of elderly

Objective To analyze the locking plate fixation of proximal humeral fractures in elderly patients with clinical effect. Methods 80 cases of patients in our hospital departments from January 2011 to January 2013 were randomly divided into two groups of 40 cases. The control group received conservative treatment, the treatment group implemented locking plate fixation. Two groups of patients the efficacy and adverse reactions were analyzed. Results The excellent rate of 90% was significantly higher than 72.5% （P 〈 0. 05）. Both groups had no significant differences in healing time, but the control group malunion rated up to 60%, with 20% of the treatment group compared with malunion rate,The treatment group was better than the control, there was statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Compared with conservative treatment, surgery and internal fixation of proximal humerus fractures in elderly patients with better efficacy, not only help patients recover shoulder function, but also to reduce surgical adverse reactions, alleviate the suffering of patients, in clinical treatment should be generalizable.
