CBL联合PBL教学法在胸外科临床教学中的应用效果分析

摘    要:目的对CBL和PBL联合教学法和PBL教学法在胸外科临床教学中的应用效果进行回顾性对比分析。方法抽取本院的实习学生52人,随机分为实验组与对照组两组,实验组采用CBL联合PBL教学法对学生进行授课,对照组则采用PBL教学法,授课结束后对两组学生进行书面测评和问卷调查,以评价两种教学模式的教学效果。结果实验组和对照组学生的病例分析成绩和总成绩方面存在显著统计学差异(P〈0.05);两组学生在认为该教学方法提高实习兴趣、提高对知识的理解力和同意该种教学方法方面未存在统计学差异(P〉0.05),在提高临床思维能力和提高理论联系临床实践能力方面有统计学差异(P〈0.05)。结论 CBL联合PBL教学法提高了教学效果,增强了学生的学习主动性,临床思维能力得到提高,值得进一步探索和改进。

An analysis of the application effect of CBL combined with PBL teaching method in the clinical teaching of thoracic surgery

Abstract:Objective A retrospective and contrastive analysis on the application effect of CBL combined with PBL and PBL teaching method in the clinical teaching of thoracic surgery was made. Methods 52 intern students in our school were admitted for the study and they were divided into two groups,the experimental group and control group. The experimental group was given the classes using the method of CBL combined with PBL,while PBL was used in the control group. After the classes,examinations and questionnaires were conducted in the two groups for the assessment of teaching effects of the two methods. Results There was a significant difference between the two groups about the case analysis skills and overall test scores( P 〈0. 05). The two groups did not show statistically difference in the method would improve the interest of training and the understanding of knowledge and approve the teaching method( P 〉0. 05),however there was a statistical difference in the improvement of ability of clinical thinking and the capacity to integrate theory with clinical practice( P 〈0. 05). Conclusions The method of CBL combined with PBL can improve the teaching effect,enhance the learning initiative of the students and improve the clinical thinking ability,which was worthy of further exploration and improvement.
