| 摘 要： | 目的观察姜黄素对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的调控作用。方法制备免疫抑制模型的小鼠,分5组给药7天后,处死测定小鼠体重,小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能,溶血空斑实验,外周血淋巴细胞转化实验。结果姜黄素对免疫抑制小鼠的体重无影响,提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬指数,增加B细胞产生抗体能力,姜黄素能够增强免疫抑制小鼠脾淋巴细胞的增值。结论姜黄素具有调节免疫功能,对固有免疫和适应免疫均有一定的增强作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of curcumin on the immunological suppression of the mice.
