| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高血压脑出血术后患者医院-社区-家庭一体化护理干预效果分析。方法将85例患者随机分成医院-社区-家庭一体化护理干预效果分析,管理组和对照组各43、42例,管理组进行医院-社区-家庭一体化护理干预效果分析,对照组行常规管理。比较两组术后第3个月、1年的ADL评分。结果管理组第3个月、12个月ADL评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01),降低并发症发生率。结论医院-社区-家庭一体化护理干预有利于高血压脑出血患者术后神经功能恢复和生活质量提高。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients after hospital community family of integrated nursing intervention effect analysis.Methods 85 patients were randomly divided into hospital community family integration analysis of the effect of nursing intervention,management group and control group 43,42 cases,management group for hospital community family integration analysis of the effect of nursing intervention,the control group received routine management.Comparison of the two groups after third months,1 years of ADL score.Results The management group of third months,12 months,ADL score was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01),lower complication rate.Conclusions Hospital-community-family of integrated nursing intervention will be beneficial for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients after recovery of nerve function and improve the quality of life. |
