职业压力与手术室护士内分泌影响调查分析及对策

目的探讨职业压力与手术室护士内分泌影响的调查分析及对策。方法采用自行设计的调查表对我区三家二级医院手术室护理人员进行问卷调查。结果本调查研究显示，这些女护士都患有不同程度的内分泌疾病，比如，脾气急躁，，晚上失眠，脸上长痘，痛经，月经不调，月经过多、先兆流产，不孕不育等。结论提高手术室护理人员的身心健康水平是一个长期而艰巨的任务，需要医务人员、医院管理者、家庭、职业心理学家以及全社会的共同参与。

Investigation and countermeasures against the influence resulted by occupation pressure

Objective To investigate the countermeasures against the influence on endocrine of nurses in the operation room resulted by occupation pressure. Methods Operation norse staffs in three hospitals of our district were investigated through a self-designed questionnaire. Results This survey study revealed that female operation nurses suffer from endocrine diseases at different extent, such as irritable, insomnia, night, smallpox in the face, dysmenorrhea, irregular menstruation, menorrhagia, threatened abortion, infertility and so on. Conclusions Improvements in level of physical and mental health of the nursing staff in operation room is a longterm and arduous task, which need joint effort from medical workers, hospital managers, family, occupation psychologist and the whole society.
