3690例育龄人群G6PD缺乏症产前筛查结果分析

目的了解梧州市育龄人群葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶（G6PD）缺乏症的发病情况。方法对3 690例产前筛查人员,抽取静脉血,分别用紫外速率法和十二烷基磺酸钠比色法检测G6PD活性和血红蛋白含量,计算每克血红蛋白中的G6PD活性,低于参考值为缺乏。结果共计检出G6PD缺乏症243例,检出率6.59%,其中男性179例,检出率12.16%,女性64例,检出率2.89%,男女性之间的差异非常显著（χ2=123.73,P〈0.01）。结论本地区G6PD缺乏症的发病率较高,在产前检查中进行G6PD活性检测,对优生优育、提高人口素质具有非常重要的现实意义。

Analysis of prenatal screening results on G6PD deficiency examination among 3690 persons of childbearing age

Objective To find out the glucose- 6 -phosphate dehydrogenase （G6PD） deficiency incidence in Wuzhou. Methods Blood samples from 3,690 persons of childbearing age were examined on Co6PD activity and hemoglobin content with UV rate method and sodium dodecyl sulfate colorimetric method, and then calculated the G6PD activity per gram of hemoglobin. The one whose value was lower than the reference was diagnosed as G6PD deficiency. Results There were 243 patients whose G6PD activity were abnormal and incidence of G6PD deficiency was 6.59%. What＇s more, the male subject with G6PD deficiency rate was 12. 16%, while female was 2.89%. The differences between male and female were very significant（X^2 = 123.73, P 〈0.01）. Conclusions There is a higher incidence of G6PD deficiency in Wuzhou. It is very important to detect G6PD activity among people of childbearing age for healthy child rearing and the improvement of the population quality.
