COPD并发急性右心衰心理护理的效果评价

目的：探讨心理护理对COPD并发急性右心衰的临床效果。方法总结我科收治的COPD并发急性右心衰患者100例，分为两组各50例，对照组给予药物治疗和常规护理，观察组在此基础上进行心理干预，比较两组患者死亡率、两周治愈率、满意度的差异。结果观察组护理后死亡率、两周治愈率、满意度与对照组差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论对COPD并发急性右心衰患者在药物治疗和常规护理基础上进行心理干预能有效地降低死亡率，提高治疗效果和患者满意度。

Effects evaluation of psychological nursing for COPD complicated with acute right heart failure

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of psychological nursing on COPD with acute right heart failure .Methods 100 COPD patients with right heart failure patients in our hospital from patient , were divided into two groups of 50 cases, the two groups were given drug treatment and routine nursing care , while the observation group was given the extra psychological intervention , compare the differences of two groups in the cure rate, mortality rate in two weeks and satisfaction .Results The control group compared with the observation group after nursing , the differences in mortality , two weeks of cure rate , satisfaction were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Based on drug treatment and routine nursing , psychological intervention can effectively reduce the mortality rate , and improve treatment effect and patient satisfaction in COPD complicated by right heart failure patients .
