活性炭、血必净联合血液灌流治疗急性百草枯中毒的临床观察

目的评价活性炭、血必净联合血液灌流治疗急性百草枯中毒患者的临床疗效。方法以我院急诊2003年1月至2008年9月收治的急性百草枯中毒患者31例为研究对象，分为对照组（n=16）与治疗组（11=15）。对照组常规治疗基础上联合应用血液灌流；治疗组在对照组的基础上加用血必净及活性炭。结果两组患者治疗后转氨酶、心肌酶、肌酐明显下降，且治疗组显著低于对照组。10天后治疗组的血氧分压明显高于对照组。结论早期应用活性炭、血必净联合血液灌流可保护百草枯对重要脏器的损害，降低百草枯中毒的病死率。

Study of activated carbon,Xuebijing combined with hemoperfusion in treating paraquat poisoning patients

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of activated carbon,Xuehijing combined with hemopeffusion in treating paraquat（PQ）poisoning patients. Methods 31 patients with acute paraquat poisoning who were admitted into emergency department of shengjing hospital from Jan 2003 to Sep 2008 were enrolled in our study. All eases were divided into control group（ 16 cases）and treatment group （15cases） . Patients in control group were treated with routine therapy and hemoperfusion. Treatment group accepted Xuebijing injection and activated carbon on the basis of control group. Results Transaminase , enzymogram and blood creatinine ceatinine were decreased significantly after the treatment in two groups, and were significantly lower in treatment group than in control group. Ten days later, the oxygen pressure in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group. Conclusion At early stage, activated carbon,Xuebijing combined with hemoperfusion can protect major organs from paraquat injury, and reduce the mortality of paraquat poisoning.
