医学类大学生面部蠕形螨感染调查

目的调查我校医学类学生面部蠕形螨感染率，分析蠕形螨感染的相关因素。方法使用透明胶纸粘贴法检查我校2003～2006级1249名医学类学生面部蠕形螨感染，采用问卷方式其调查感染相关因素。结果学生蠕形螨感染率为20．82％，各年级间感染率和蠕形螨感染类型构成之间差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。蠕形螨感染与学生的家庭所在地、是否使用洁肤用品以及有无面部青春痘有关（P〈0．05）；与性别和是否使用护肤用品无关（P〉0．05）。结论我校医学类学生蠕形螨感染率与其他高校相似，加强个人卫生意识可减少蠕形螨的感染。

The infection of demodicidae mites in Medical Students

Objective To investigate the infection of demodicid correlation factors with the infection of demodicid mites. Methods mites in medical students and analyze the The transparent adhesive tape method was used for detecting demodicid mite infection in 1249 medical students, and the questionnaire method was used for investigating the correlation factors with demodicid mite infection. Results The infection rate was 20.82% in the medical students. The infection rate and the constituent ratio of infection in 2003 - 2006 grades had no significant difference. The infection rate had a correlation with the Student native places,whether or not using cosmetic for skin cleaning and the occurrence of acne in face, while no correlation with gender and whether or not using cosmetic for skin protection. Conclusion The demodex mites infection rate in medical students of our university is similar with the other universities. It may reduce the demodicid mite infection for students to pay more attention to their personal hygiene.
