蝮蛇类毒素及五步蛇类毒素免疫豚鼠交叉免疫力比较试验

摘    要:本文进行蝮蛇类毒素及五步蛇类毒素免疫豚鼠的交叉免疫力比较试验,结果表明蝮属及烙铁头蛇属的蛇毒间存在共同抗原,可激发免疫动物产生交叉免疫力。实验资料提示蝮蛇类毒素的抗原谱比五步蛇类毒素为宽,因此在我国应用蝮蛇类毒素预防蛇伤比应用五步蛇类毒素更为优越。

Abstract:Results of comparative test on the cross immunity of guinea pigs immunized with venom-toxoid of Agkistrodonhalys and Agk.acutus showed that the common antigens existed among the venoms of Agkistrodon and Trimeresuros, and causd cross immunity in immunized animals. These data also suggested that the antigenic spectrum of Venom-toxoid of Agkistrodonhalys is wider than Agkistrodon acutus' Venom-toxoid, so that Utilization of Agkistrodon halys' Venom-toxoid to prevent envenomation from venomous nakebite in china is more superior to the venom-toxoid of Agkistrodon acutus.
